We have a 14 days return policy meaning within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel, you need to make your mind. Return is simple. Contact our team for your return: sohyun.park@askmspark.com

RETURNS PROCESS

Step 1: Return your order

Repack your order and simply return it to us at the closest local post office.

Step 2: Contact us with the copy of receipt

Request us at sohyun.park@askmspark.com the return and send us the copy of receipt.

Step 3: Receive a refund

Returns made within 14 days from receiving your order will be refunded in your original form of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

OUR POLICY

If you're not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you've received, please let us know by emailing us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Returns can only be made once authorized by Customer Services.

If you have ordered the wrong product or change your mind, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs. Please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. Coupon discounts as well as shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.

Ask Ms.Park will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit.

We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.

In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:

  • A copy of your delivery note or your order number
  • Return authorization (obtainable from Customer Services)
  • Reason for return

Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.

For credit card refunds, please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. If there are shipping charges to be refunded we will offer you a credit off your next purchase to cover this reimbursement or refund via Paypal.
